Paymiru

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 26, 2026 · Applies to the Paymiru iOS app

By using the Paymiru app you agree to these terms.

What Paymiru is

Paymiru is a budgeting tool and an independent, informational guide to cash advance apps. We are not a lender, broker or financial adviser. We don't make credit decisions, accept applications, arrange advances or loans, or handle money.

Information about providers

Facts about third-party apps (limits, fees, speed, requirements) come from the providers' own websites and are checked periodically, but terms change often. Always confirm the current terms with the provider before signing up. The Paymiru score is our own opinion, calculated from the listed facts as explained in the app. Provider names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify them; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Your budget

Daily budgets and reminders are estimates based on the numbers you enter. They are not financial advice. You are responsible for your financial decisions.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, try to break it, or use it for anything illegal.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or of any third-party service it describes.

Apple

These terms are between you and Paymiru, not Apple. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
